Turkey & Sweet-Potato Meatballs

Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C); line a baking sheet.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl until evenly mixed.
- Roll into small (1-inch) balls and place on the sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes, until cooked through (165°F internal).
- Cool before serving; refrigerate or freeze the rest.
