Ingredients
  

  • 2 apples cored, seeds removed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°F (95°C); line two sheets.
  2. Core the apples and slice into thin rounds (remove all seeds).
  3. Dust lightly with cinnamon if using.
  4. Bake 2 hours, flipping once, until dry and crisp.
  5. Cool completely.

Notes

Apple seeds and core are not safe — remove them all.

🐾 Vet-informed safety note. Apple flesh is safe and high in fiber; never include the seeds or core (they contain trace cyanide). Cinnamon is fine in small amounts.

Storage & make-ahead

Airtight at room temperature up to 2 weeks.
