Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup green beans steamed and chopped
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 1 egg
  • 1.5 cups oat flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); line a baking sheet.
  2. Mash or finely chop the green beans, then mix with carrot and egg.
  3. Stir in oat flour until a firm dough forms.
  4. Roll out and cut into small shapes.
  5. Bake 25 minutes until crunchy; cool completely.
