Carrot & Parsley Dental Sticks
Crunchy baked veggie sticks that double as a breath-freshening chew.
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); line a baking sheet.
- Mix carrot, parsley, egg and water.
- Add oat flour to form a firm dough (add water by the splash if dry).
- Roll out and cut into thin sticks.
- Bake 30 minutes until firm and crunchy; cool completely.
Notes
Use curly or flat-leaf parsley in small amounts — avoid spring parsley.
