Carrot & Parsley Dental Sticks

Crunchy baked veggie sticks that double as a breath-freshening chew.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups oat flour
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup water as needed

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); line a baking sheet.
  2. Mix carrot, parsley, egg and water.
  3. Add oat flour to form a firm dough (add water by the splash if dry).
  4. Roll out and cut into thin sticks.
  5. Bake 30 minutes until firm and crunchy; cool completely.

Notes

Use curly or flat-leaf parsley in small amounts — avoid spring parsley.
