- Mash or finely chop the green beans, then mix with carrot and egg.
- Stir in oat flour until a firm dough forms.
- Roll out and cut into small shapes.
- Bake 25 minutes until crunchy; cool completely.
Notes
Use plain green beans — no salt, butter or oil.
