Watermelon Coconut Cubes

Hydrating seedless watermelon blended with coconut milk and frozen into refreshing cubes.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups seedless watermelon rind removed
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk unsweetened

Method
 

  1. Blend watermelon and coconut milk until smooth.
  2. Pour into an ice-cube tray or mold.
  3. Freeze at least 4 hours.
  4. Serve frozen, outdoors.

Notes

Remove all seeds and rind before blending.

🐾 Vet-informed safety note. Watermelon flesh is safe and hydrating; never feed the rind or seeds. Use unsweetened coconut milk.
