Hydrating seedless watermelon blended with coconut milk and frozen into refreshing cubes.
Ingredients
Method
- Blend watermelon and coconut milk until smooth.
- Pour into an ice-cube tray or mold.
- Freeze at least 4 hours.
- Serve frozen, outdoors.
Notes
Remove all seeds and rind before blending.
