A crunchy-veggie pupsicle of apple, carrot and water — naturally sweet, low-calorie and refreshing.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 apple cored, no seeds
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cup water or low-sodium broth

Method
 

  1. Blend apple, carrot and water until mostly smooth.
  2. Pour into molds or a tray.
  3. Freeze at least 4 hours.
  4. Serve frozen.

Notes

Use water or unsalted broth — never onion/garlic broth.
