Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ripe mango peeled, no pit
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk unsweetened

Method
 

  1. Blend mango and coconut milk until smooth.
  2. Pour into molds or a tray.
  3. Freeze at least 4 hours.
  4. Serve frozen.

Notes

Always remove the mango pit and skin.
