Tropical frozen frosties of ripe mango and coconut milk — sweet, creamy and vitamin-rich.
Ingredients
Method
- Blend mango and coconut milk until smooth.
- Pour into molds or a tray.
- Freeze at least 4 hours.
- Serve frozen.
Notes
Always remove the mango pit and skin.
