Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup cooked mashed sweet potato
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup oat flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C); line a baking sheet.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until evenly mixed.
  3. Roll into small (1-inch) balls and place on the sheet.
  4. Bake 20 minutes, until cooked through (165°F internal).
  5. Cool before serving; refrigerate or freeze the rest.

Notes

Use plain ground turkey — never with onion, garlic, skin or seasoning. Cook thoroughly.
