Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin purée
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); line a sheet.
  2. Mix all ingredients into a firm dough.
  3. Roll out and cut with festive cutters.
  4. Bake 20 minutes until firm.
  5. Cool completely before serving.

Notes

Use ginger and cinnamon only — skip nutmeg, cloves and added sugar.
