Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); line a sheet.
- Mix all ingredients into a firm dough.
- Roll out and cut with festive cutters.
- Bake 20 minutes until firm.
- Cool completely before serving.

Use ginger and cinnamon only — skip nutmeg, cloves and added sugar.
