Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups oat flour
  • 2 tbsp carob powder not cocoa
  • 1/4 cup xylitol-free peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup water as needed

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); line a sheet.
  2. Combine oat flour and carob powder.
  3. Mix in peanut butter, egg and enough water to form a dough.
  4. Scoop small cookies onto the sheet and flatten slightly.
  5. Bake 18 minutes; cool completely.

Notes

Carob powder is sold in most health-food aisles — never substitute cocoa or chocolate.
