Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3 tbsp xylitol-free peanut butter

Method
 

  1. Blend all three until smooth.
  2. Spoon into a silicone mold or ice-cube tray.
  3. Freeze at least 4 hours.
  4. Pop out and serve frozen.
  5. Offer outdoors — they melt fast.

Notes

Stuff a rubber toy with the mix and freeze for a longer-lasting treat.

🐾 Vet-informed safety note. Xylitol-free peanut butter and plain yogurt only. Banana is sugary, so keep portions modest.
