Ingredients
  

  • 1 can tuna in water drained, no salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); line a sheet.
  2. Mash tuna with egg, then mix in coconut flour to a paste.
  3. Spread ¼-inch thin and score into tiny squares.
  4. Bake 15 minutes until set.
  5. Cool and break into training-size bites.

Notes

Tuna in water, no added salt.
