Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°F (95°C); line a sheet.
- Spread the turkey ¼-inch thin between parchment and press flat.
- Score into small squares; transfer to the sheet.
- Bake 2–2.5 hours until dry and firm.
- Cool and snap apart into bites.
Notes
Plain turkey only — no seasoning.
