Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb beef liver sliced thin

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°F (95°C); line a sheet.
  2. Rinse and slice liver into ¼-inch strips.
  3. Arrange in a single layer.
  4. Bake 2.5–3 hours until dry and firm.
  5. Cool, then cut into small pieces.

Notes

Liver is rich — serve sparingly.

🐾 Vet-informed safety note. Liver is high in vitamin A, so feed in moderation (a few small pieces) — too much over time can be harmful. Plain only, no seasoning.
