Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); line a muffin tin.
- Stir flour, pumpkin, peanut butter and egg into a batter.
- Divide among 12 cups and bake 20 minutes.
- Cool, then pipe or spoon a little plain yogurt on top.
- Serve one as a special treat.
