Method
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C); line two sheets.
- Slice sweet potatoes lengthwise into long ¼-inch strips.
- Twist each strip and place on the sheet.
- Bake 3–3.5 hours, flipping once, until dry and chewy.
- Cool completely.
Notes
Bake longer for a harder, longer-lasting chew.
