Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked chicken plain, shredded
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup water as needed

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); line a pan.
  2. Blend chicken, oat flour and egg, adding water to a spreadable batter.
  3. Spread ¼-inch thin in the pan.
  4. Bake 18 minutes until set.
  5. Cool and cut into tiny squares.

Notes

Plain cooked chicken only — no skin, bones or seasoning.
