Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1.5 cups oat flour
  • 2 tbsp xylitol-free peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut to roll

Method
 

  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
  2. Stir in oat flour and peanut butter to a moldable dough.
  3. Roll into small balls.
  4. Roll each in shredded coconut.
  5. Chill 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Press onto a small stick for true "cake pops" if you like.
