For that reason all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a download has been purchased.

This policy covers changing your mind. It does not cover us making a mistake. If your download link doesn’t work, your file won’t open or arrives damaged, you were charged more than once, or you received something other than what the product page described — that’s on us, and we will make it right. That includes a refund where we can’t fix the problem.
Email hello@caninegourmetbakery.com within 30 days of your order, from or quoting the email address you used at checkout, and tell us what went wrong. A real person reads it.
Checkout is handled securely by PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal account or any major card — we never see or store your card details. Charges appear on your statement as Canine Gourmet Bakery.
