Ingredients:
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (unsalted)
- 1/4 cup chicken or beef broth (low sodium)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 egg
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, combine oat flour, chopped spinach, crumbled bacon, broth, water, and egg until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough, cut out shapes, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuits are crisp.
