Ingredients:
- 2 cups coconut flour
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 egg
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix coconut flour, blueberries, melted coconut oil, water, and egg until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough and cut out shapes using cookie cutters.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the biscuits are lightly browned.
