Ingredients:

  • 2 cups coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix coconut flour, blueberries, melted coconut oil, water, and egg until a dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut out shapes using cookie cutters.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the biscuits are lightly browned.
